I will listen to what he or she has to say first without interrupting. When I know for sure what is bothering him or her, I will try to look for a solution that satisfies the customer and is also within the policies and procedures of my place of work.
How would you react if you see misconduct or inappropriate behavior in a fellow worker?
I will report it immediately since I would not want the facility or the management to suffer due to an employee’s indiscretion.

I see a challenge not only as the negative aspect of it, but the positive aspects also. Therefore, I try to analyze and make suggestions try to come up with the best way to solve the problem.
I remember before the call center agent work started. I had to learn company low first. It’s pretty hard and difficult for me. Learning company low was making me feel frustrated. I even thought maybe I can just quiet. But I didn’t give up. I studied in company low every night after work. Eventually I finished the course and work there for two years. I'm proud of that.
